Renate van den Bos is a dermatologist and mohs surgeon at the Erasmus Cancer Institute/Erasmus MC Rotterdam.
The Erasmus MC is among the largest MMS centers in Europe, with approximately 1200 MMS procedures annually.
She performs mohs on a weekly basis since 2008. She is responsible for the dermato-oncology division of the department, and she is mohs trainer. She is member and vice-chairman of the weekly multidisciplinary skincancer team.
Furthermore, apart from BCC and SCC, she is specialized in micrographic surgery for rare skin tumors, such as dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans.
